Glowing Pillars | Graduation shoot with Terra and DeeDee

Terra and DeeDee both graduated with a BA in Dance from UMD! I never got a chance to dance with them while I was still in the program, but Terra was in my Flags and Fabric project that really started my exploration in dance photography and both of them are incredible performers AND choreographers.

NEW SPOT ALERT: I'm always on the lookout for a new look or location on campus to keep things interesting, and this time it was at McKeldin Library! We went to the 2nd floor overlooking the front of the entrance. At first I tried using flash to light them so the outside grass and field could still be visible but it wasn't working out, then I tried over exposing the background and BOOM beautiful glowing light =) That combined with the pillars it was beautiful.
